I've brought back 4 Greenside cottage into my holiday let family.. the cottage I originally started out with

WELCOME TO 4 GREENSIDE COTTAGE  

I originally started my holiday let business with this lovely little cottage back in 2011 and after a stint as a long term let I have re-introduced it, offering self catered accommodation for up to 4 people and a friendly pet. The cottage is gas centrally heated with room stat for your comfort. Room for parking directly outside the front door.

The cottage is STRICTLY NON SMOKING throughout

Ground Floor

The living room is spacious and includes a corner leather effect sofa with throws and cushions. Also, a TV with built in Freeview and DVD player, a set top streaming box with Netflix included, a nest of tables and table lamp.

The kitchen/diner is fully equipped and includes electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge - just like home from home. There is a circular table with seating for 4.

In the shed there is a washing machine and a freezer as well as plenty of storage for those fetching cycles, etc

First Floor

The front bedroom can be made up as either 2x single beds or 1x super king, please advise at time of booking. Bedroom furniture includes a large free-standing wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables with touch lamps. Free standing TV

The back bedroom comprises of a small double divan with free-standing wardrobe and bedside table with bedside touch lamps and wall mounted TV

Bathroom

Comprises of walk in shower, WC and basin with electric towel heater
